Ultra Street Fighter IV Gets New Trailer; Showcases Elena

Last year, Capcom revealed their next update (Release) for Street Fighter IV; Officially titled Ultra Street Fighter IV which would make huge balance changes aswell as introducing six new stages and 5 new characters and today, Capcom have released a brand new trailer focusing on one of their new fighters to the Street Fighter IV roster; Elena.

The new video serves as an introduction to the new fighter who made her first appearance in Street Fighter III who is a powerful brawler trained in the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira which has an interesting history of mixing together powerful blows and acrobatic dance moves which have previously appeared in the gaming industry thanks to Eddy Gordo in the Tekken Series & The Fatal Fury Series. The new video focuses on Elena’s moves including highly acrobatic kicks, also featuring her healing move, a Super and Ultra Combo finisher, with Japanese commentary from the game’s producer; Tomoaki Ayano.

Elena is one of the 5 new characters to the Street Fighter IV along with Poison, Hugo & Rolento who have appeared in previous entry; Street Fighter X Tekken aswell as a brand new mysterious female fighter that is making her first appearance in the series.

Ultra Street Fighter IV is set to be released sometime this year on PS3, X360 & PC via Digital sale & Retail & if you own Super Street Fighter IV or Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition; Then you can purchase this version on the digital store of your preference for an additional fee.
