Fable Anniversary to get Crash Fixes soon says Lionhead

Last week, Microsoft released the HD version of classic Xbox title; Fable in the form of Fable Anniversary however since launch its been experiencing a few stability problems. Today, the development team at Lionhead have confirmed that they are working on fixing several of the most important crashes which are affecting players who purchased the game at launch to be released as quickly as possible.

The company explained in the official forums for the game that “Our number one priority at the moment is to make sure the stability issues you are experiencing are fixed. We’ve been working hard over the past few days to track down and identify the issues which cause your games to freeze/lock up (we know how annoying that is).” The Studio also says they are carefully testing the title update for Fable Anniversary in order to make sure the update doesn’t create problems in the future.

As of yet, There is no date or estimated time of arrival for the patch. As of right now, The team at Lionhead are also working on an Xbox One Fable title; Legends set to release in 2014. Check out the trailer for Fable Anniversary below.
