Xbox One getting a Price Drop in the UK

November 2013 was an important month in the gaming industry with 2 big consoles getting released one of which was Microsofts latest console outing, the Xbox One which debuted at a huge price tag of £429.99 (on its own) but at last it has finally received a price drop (at least in the UK).

UK retailer Zavvi are currently selling the Xbox One console on its own for £409.99 which is a total of £20 off and while it isn’t a huge amount off it could be a sign of things to come but if you missed out on one at Christmas and want one as soon as possible, this could be the time to buy it. As previously mentioned this doesn’t come with a game but you can get certain games for under £40 if you look in the right places like Just Dance 2014 & Lego Marvel Super Heroes.

As of this moment, The Xbox One has a few decent first party exclusives including Ryse: Son of Rome, Forza Motorsport 5 & Dead Rising 3 along with some other games available on other consoles like Assassin’s Creed IV, Call of Duty Ghosts & Battlefield 4. Thats not all as the Xbox One will be seeing a lot more first party exclusives this year with Titanfall, Quantum Break & A Brand New Halo game aswell as the promise that more exclusives are coming. My bet is on Banjo-Kazooie making an appearance with this year being the anniversary.

The Xbox One is available right now on Zavvi for £409.99 and be sure to check out the TV Advert below.

So what do you think? Do you own an Xbox One? Will you be picking one up? Which exclusive do you want to play? Be sure to let me know in the comments section below and be sure to stay tuned to UGNN for all your gaming news and reviews.
